SCRA is excited to announce a new partnership with McClure Sports to develop South Charlotte Recreation athletes' speed, agility & power.

McClure Sports' mission is "to achieve athletic excellence through a proven, progressive training methodology designed to improve spiritual, mental, physical and social performance. The enhancement of each individual’s potential through a structured process, which includes all aspects of physical development and injury prevention is the priority. This process is based on five keys principles: discipline, commitment, toughness, effort and pride to produce the total individual."

McClure Sports will be holding an 12-week, 24-session Speed, Agility and Power training class open to any and all SCRA athletes.

Josh McClure has over 15 years of college & youth training experience and McClure Sports has developed athletes at over 25 schools, facilities and organizations since beginning in 2011. McClure Sports has trained nine NCHSAA state finalists teams/individuals, including six champions in five separate sports since 2012 (football, baseball 2x, wrestling 2x, softball)
